High School Diploma

Although many people believe that people should get their driver's licenses before he or she receives their diploma, I disagree with that people that agree that a person shouldn’t have a high school diploma before they get a drivers licenses.
First I disagree because many of today's people start to drop out.Every year over 1.2 million students in high school drop out or 7000 a day in The United States.If that many don't get their diploma then they aren't going to be able to drive to their workplace or if they are on the road and get spotted by an Officer then they will be fined just because of the bill.
