I disagree that a person should be required to have a high school diploma because not all people have a chance to finish high school. Most people have to support a family and have to get a job. Without the responsibility of being trusted a teenager can not get a job to help support themselves or help the family without the access to a car. In order to have a car you have to have a license. Without a license you won't be able to drive the car without getting in trouble on the roadways. people under the age of eightteen should be able to get a license to get back and forth to work, school, and
