High School Completion Program

Decent Essays
After I completed my 10th grade in China, I chose to participate in the High School Completion program at Shoreline Community College in Washington State.
According to the description of this program: "Students in this program take classes and make preparations for completing a high school diploma and transferring to university at the same time. "
Therefore, This interruption causes me to obtain a high school diploma or equivalency earlier than my peers. This program also allows me to begin the college-level studies early.
In this program, there are several ways to obtain a high school diploma or high school equivalency. I chose to earn the high school equivalency diploma by taking GED test. I obtained my GED Certificate on May 5th, 2016.

An excellent example of this is an emerging program commonly referred to as ‘early college high school’, a duel enrollment program that allows high school students to receive an associate’s degree while earning their high school diploma.…

The Bucksbaum Early Entrance Academy is a program that accelerates high school students past their junior or senior year directly to college. What this really means is that the members of this culture are a bunch of children who really wanted to get out of high school. We all were a part of the gifted programs in our schools, and we all decided we were too smart for that. Apparently the University agreed, so we can all be considered at least academically ready for college. At some level, we are all also socially ready for college.…
