No matter how much someone hates high school, I think that everybody will miss a piece of it when it's over. High school is filled with drama, love, tears, hatred, and many more emotions. We gain friends, and we lose friends. Some people are involved in so many things, and some people aren't involved in anything. Regardless of all of that, high school is supposed to be the best four years of someone's life, but in a blink of an eye it is over. Forced Courses in Schools are Detrimental to a Student’s Learning It is not hard to find a student that claims to hate high school. Students may just dislike getting up before 10:00 four or five days out of the week and having to do mountains of homework, but there are also the students who hate high schools because of the lack of fine arts classes or the fact that they are forced to take classes on subjects they don’t need or want, as the subject will not be useful or pertain to that student’s chosen career path. When a child does not like and or do well in school, the student is labeled as disorderly, anti-social, lackluster, or even said to be “learning disabled”.…

All throughout high school I’ve enjoyed being a very involved student. I found school involvement to be one of my hobbies, since that was what I did for the most of my time. Joining organizations helped me develop new skills and abilities, and as a person who enjoys gaining new knowledge, I began looking for ways to maximize my learning. If I found an activity or club that would push me to take risks and discover new opportunities, I would attempt to join it. When I wasn’t at school practicing or serving others, I was at home creating art.…

As we all know, schools have cliques, especially in high school. Everyone knows the typical cliques: the nerds, the jocks, the “cool kids”, the nerds, the geeks, the goths, the gamers, troublemakers and the country kids. But what I’m saying is, change those high school stereotypes. When we’re younger, cliques are practically non-existent because almost everybody gets along with everybody. Sure, kids hang out with their friends, but it’s not like the concret cliques that many older schools have.…

When it comes to the topic of conformity and individuality, most of us will readily agree; conformity within teens is a major problem. Where this agreement usually ends, however, is on the question of conformity in school.
