When pursuing my career I plan to go to Casper College, and earn an Associate’s degree in radiography. During my first year of college, I will complete any prerequisites required for the radiography program and finish any general education classes that I did not finish in high school. During my second year of college, I will be completely immersed in the program, including, classroom work with the radiology professor and clinical hours in a hospital setting. When I am in my third year of college, the radiology classes will become increasingly more difficult, although, as a student I will receive more clinical hours. This program has given me valuable insight on what I would like to become. I have learned quite a bit about patient care and how each machine within radiology works, such as MRIs, CTs, X-rays, and sonograms. I have also taken college courses that pertain to my career path, such as, Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Biology. Although academics has not always been my strong suit, I have had to work very hard to receive the grades I have obtained in my academic
