CM spoke to Mr. Kirkland (caregiver) regarding transportation for Tavian (youth) High Point School interview. CM informed caregiver that youth’s interview is on 12/20/16 at 10:00am and Carol Curtis (CST) will provide a van to transport youth from home to High point interview but youth has to be home from the EMYL. Mr. Kirkland reported that he will contact CM back on Monday regarding this matter.
