These things include using hand sanitizer, washing ones’ hands before eating and after using the bathroom. More ways to improve your health and well-being include taking vitamins, eating well, and drinking a lot of water. According to (The American College of Health Association, 2005) 6.9% of students claim that they consume five or more servings of fruit and vegetables every day. Another great way to improve ones’ physical health is to exercise. Eating the right types of food are also important. It is strongly recommended, that all the different types of food groups are consumed daily. Posted in the cafeteria, there are the number of calories served in each food item that is served.
