The amount of time and dedication he allots towards his job and his clients is why he is an excellent trainer. His job is not just work that he wakes up to each morning and dreads until the sun falls, but it is his personal motivation to help others and learn about the people he encounters. He works out daily, but he suggested that exercise be done at least three times a week. The more time you devote, then the happier and stronger you will become. He explained, “Being ‘healthy’ is a lifestyle not something you do one time or once in the future. It is a change that betters a person and it is something that you can always alter and build on as you become stronger” (Carlyle). Although working out is beneficial, there is always a struggle to find motivation to continue each week. Something that Carlyle suggested was daily or weekly quotes that will motivate one to work hard and not to give up, finding a friend who would work out as well and setting monthly goals to help track one’s progress. Actually seeing changes is one of the most inspiring things when it comes to changing a person’s lifestyle. The database provided my research with numerous, credible sources allowing me to gather information that was useful and detailed. While researching, I have personally been inspired to adapt my lifestyle into a healthier and more active life. With the addition of exercise as my topic, diet was also added for the reason that a person’s diet is as important as the amount of exercise they do. The sources explain the importance of a healthy diet and how the foods that people put into their bodies can be toxic to their health and the health of their children or families. Before this research, I never knew that eating healthy affects your children biologically in their DNA and genes. The motivation that people have on other people is another surprising factor when it comes to working out.
