High Flying Airlines is an internationally recognized airline flying from the quaint city of Al Ain, UAE. We have been established for 5 years now and rapidly growing as we are looking to benefit and add to the Dubai 2020 Expo with this rapid growth we are looking to grow our company.

Advanced methods include testing, portfolios and group exercises which allow the candidate to demonstrate their skill in desirable traits such as team work, leadership etc. The Advances approach is often more costly as it requires specialist knowledge and interpretation of results but it may deliver s better candidate. The High Flyer Pilot position would be required to present themselves to a panel, to demonstrate skills in a flight simulator, to take an English test as this is the required language for communication plus a math’s test as many of the First Officer duties include calculations and map reading skills.
