Paper was made of a plant called papyrus. To make paper, the Egyptians would, first, plant the crop, and, then, they would harvest the plant. After harvesting the plant, it was cut into thin strips, and pressed together. Later, once it dries, it would have a smooth surface to write on.
The Rosetta Stone was a stone written in 2 languages, Egyptian and Greek. It was carved in 196 B.C. It was written by priests in Egypt to honour the Egyptian pharaoh and lists all the things that the pharaoh has done, that were good.
