The Moral Dilemma And The Increase Of Evil

The Moral Dilemma

Good hates evil and evil hates good. Is it wrong for good to hate evil or is it wrong for evil to hate good? Could it be wrong to hate in both cases or Is it right in both cases? Clearly the bible states that God is good, and that He hates evil. So if that is how God views evil then it is also the right standard for good people to follow. These days it's becoming very clear that there are a lot of people who hate good or at least what they think good is. This was on full display last weekend at the White House Correspondent's Dinner where evil comedians spewed out vile, gross, venomous attacks on what they perceived as good people. Their over the top contempt

Many have lauded her for the self-control she displayed under extreme verbal violence but was this the correct way to deal with it? Most conservatives who attended knew that the event was controlled by evil unhinged leftists journalists so why go there to be raped verbally? Also, those who did attend should have walked out when it was obviously an ambush to take down the Trump Conservatives. Too often good people think they should just tolerate evil without responding to it but the Devil's minions know this, so they take advantage of them in this way. Even evil people can behave better if it is expected and demanded of them. If they think by your silence that you are okay with their evil then they will display it to you instead of keeping it under control. What good people need to do is communicate more often that they live by a higher standard and expect those around to behave at a higher level as well. Now this doesn't always work but at least the evil inclined are on notice that you don't approve of their behavior rather than them thinking by your silence that you are okay with it. Sometimes they will go out of their way to be more evil just to spite you or test your level of evil tolerance. Again, …show more content…
The reason evil is increasing is because there are no deterrents for it nor is it being contained or eradicated. Because evil is allowed to continue to grow it will eventually grow to the point of destroying the world but God will intervene to stop it at that time. So rampant evil would eventually self-destruct if it were allowed to reach its ultimate conclusion. Another reason why evil is growing so fast at this present time is because it hates good and wants to destroy it while on the other hand good is not trying to destroy evil. Evil is aggressive and will stop at nothing to eradicate good while on the other hand good is passive and tolerant of evil. Obviously evil has the advantage in these conditions and will eventually overtake good. If it were possible to change this even on a small scale with one country or state they would have to adapt the Old Covenant law system to destroy evil within that country or state. God provided Israel with laws that were designed to keep evil under control and from it getting out of hand. Those laws were very severer but that is the only way to detour people from evil. In this world few countries are attempting to keep evil under control so as a result it is increasing everywhere on the planet. Not only that, but they are passing laws to protect it. How long will it be before evil will have the upper hand against good as they see it? In the USA it seems God is keeping evil at bay temporarily but it's fighting to

There is no distinct difference between being considered good and being considered evil. Every person falls somewhere in between the spectrum. An evil person would be considered someone who is immoral. An evil person puts his or her life above everyone else’s, and will stop at nothing to get what he or she wants.…

1 My favorite character in Dorothy Must Die would probably be Nox. Nox was one of those characters that you really didn’t learn much about until the end of the story. I think that’s why he seemed so appealing to me whilst reading. He would go from being nice to having a hard backbone in this story. Also, the fact that he had a different form of magic than everyone else set him apart, which is one of the reasons that he stood out rather than the rest of the witches.…

In this world, there exist both good and evil, and they both coexist in every humankind genetic trait. Wherever we go, evil is present around us, and there is not a place that is safe from evil. My definitions of evil as sin, an act of rebellion against God, and an act of breaking God 's commandments. Dr. Zimbardo 's definitions of evil as an improper behavior or influence, an act of inhumanity or cruelty, and a desire to kill or to destroy. Both definitions of evil are similar to one another, because they both are part of our human nature, human instinct, and human reasoning.…

Looking at many examples throughout modern and ancient history we have too many examples of evil committed by both humans and natural evils. Why would our benevolent God let these terrible acts occur to those both innocent and sinners alike? Why would there be so much disease, so much violence, so much corruption and sexual perversion. In one way or another God has either created these things or simply let them occur for one reason or another. Not only do we have many occurrences of evil in the Bible, we also see them through post biblical history, why hasn’t humanity been spared of this yet, hasn’t thousands of years of evil’s presence been enough?…

“The majority of people can get seduced across the line of good and evil in a very short period of time … [;they] don’t want to accept the notion because it attacks our concept of the dignity of human nature” (Gino 3). The difference between good and evil is taught to be as simple as black and white; one is either a hero or a villain. In reality, the difference between the two is like trying to distinguish neon yellow from neon green.…

So who does decide what evil is during a certain period of time? And who decides when these "evil" things are not evil anymore? Although it is pretty obvious that causing harm to others is evil, it is only immoral in the eyes of society, not in the eyes of the one taking action. This is because the mind, or self, is comprised of the conscious and the subconscious. There are many concepts of evil.…

One of the most persistence questions we as thinking having often tends to challenge the existence of God. That question is, ‘if God is good and made us in His likeness, then why is there evil in the world?’ This question has plagued both theist and philosophers alike. I personally have encountered this very question in both Religious Quest, as well as Philosophy. While the latter concentrates on the logical problem of evil in order to argue that there can not be a perfect God who could then allow evil, the theist believes in an omniscient, omnipotent, and omnibenevolent God.…
