I think that I had experience with the valuation of intellectual property. You know that I posted about inventory and SAP ERP Program in the second week. I worked for an Austria Company in Turkey and the Turkish subsidiary received each month a royalty invoice from headquarters Austria. The invoice was like license cost and this was compared and calculated according to retail market and circumstances in this market.

There is other example intellectual property, which based on patent value. The headquarter calculated and sent us the invoice to use some in Austria developed software programs. It was like franchise fees but it was not. The invoice amount was calculated by a formula of sales of Turkish company and patent value of Austria
