Hi Tecarla Case Study

Decent Essays
Hi Tecarla,

I was checking through our AP electronic database for Courtney’s scores and so far no information has come up. I happen to check her file and I see we already loaded and evaluated five AP scores. Should there be more? Did you say her advisor was checking on an AP ENG LIT? If so, she received a score of a two. She needs a three or higher to receive credit.

Thank you,

Nikki Harris

Hi Tripti, Thank you, I’m glad you related to the message I conveyed in my post. Individuals need to understand that diagnoses may be also ignored or looked over when clients, programs, or even professionals focusing on just substance, other issues, or one issue at a time such as mental disorders. This may leave the client to continue to struggle with the opposite disorder based on obtaining limited services. To have full services program when pertaining to treatment that assist with co-occurring disorders as part of their plan helps.
