I think it would be beneficial for Hi-Tec to create a Lab Usability study to direct monitor both interface and user reaction. Since Hi-Tec is perfectly unclear on the “Why” behind the clickstream data, lab usability study would be best to provide them opportunity to direct observe users and can grab the navigational patters of users and how they actually collaborating with their website. It is very efficient way to determine how their customers interact with their website and try to fix the problem that participants have encounter.
