Hi Sraavanthi Case Analysis

Decent Essays
Hi Sravanthi,

I spoke to Jennifer about this and I apologize for the confusion.

AC-21 is a clues that we use per the USCSI. It is for employees using their old H1B from their old employer to work for SST, meaning that the employee is authorized to continue to work while the petition is being processed for a period not to exceed 240 days.

Hope this makes sense… I am still new in the process, but promise to get it right. =)

Basically, I just really wanted to follow up and check for (I-797A) for both Aravind Malathi Ramachandra and Ramakrishnareddy Gooduru who started work back in 04/13/2015.

Thanks a million 

The Japanese Americans of the early twentieth century faced hardships in the United States from racial tensions; Americans from European-descent grew angry from the success of Japanese laborers, farmers and businessmen. This widespread hatred for the Japanese was supported with articles from newspapers and the popular radio shows of the time. Prior to entering World War II, the US government developed a list of threatening resident aliens with ties to the Axis powers. With the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, US citizens suffered from war hysteria and pushed for greater control over the possible terrorists that were their neighbors. The Executive Order No. 9066; Supreme Court cases Hirabayashi v. United States, Yasui v. United States, Korematsu v. United States; the relocation policies; quality and conditions of the internment camps all convey the anti-Japanese sentiments during WWII US.…

About 14 years later, Shazam has not only upgraded their technology, but has also expanded from their initial music identification services to being able to identify TV shows and other forms of media as well. Identifying music and TV shows is a great feature, but Shazam can increase its value by venturing out and adding/upgrading features that allows the user to identify physical items.…
