Hi Leighton,

At first, I did meditation with a mantra for full concentration for three minutes. Then I increased to five minutes. Next, I moved up my meditation to fifteenth minutes. I am moving to meditation for at least thirty minutes soon. Hopefully, one day I can do meditation for an hour and longer.
