Hi Hye Jin Sim Analysis

Hi Hye Jin Sim,
I have the same opinion with you. Learning Resource Center (LRC), which is one of the departments in Cypress College has a lot of benefits for students such as printers, computers, tutors, and more. Students who do not have computers can use computers in LRC whenever you want. In addition, students who study ESL or English can meet tutors in LRC for help. For example, I often meet ESL tutors for help to correct my essay. They are very devoted, and they show me some grammar errors that I often make such as sentence structures, verb tenses, and articles. Now, I feel more confident about writing essays. Moreover, I often practice reading in LRC, and it is very useful. My reading skill is not good. Sometimes, I get a low grade on

Kamo no Chōmei is a well-known figure in Japanese religious writings. He had strong feelings about Buddhism and his role in it. Many of his writings refer to the places that people live, and how those places affect the people who live there. When I applied to INDS class, I didn’t really know what the class was about, but at the orientation it was somewhat discussed. The main thing that I learned about the class, was that it helps you succeed in college, and you have a higher chance of graduating at the right time. So when I was picking my classes for the fall semester, I was recommended to take the class, and so I did. It was only once a week, so it wasn’t going to be that bad. It turned out to be a good experience, the right decision to take this class, because it was very informative.…

The Effects of Wang Kon’s Ten Inductions from Goryeo Until the End of Joseon Although the Goryeo dynasty (918-1392) and Wang Kon (r. 918-943) is separated from modern Korea by hundreds of years. Nearing his death, Wang Kon wrote the ten injunctions as a set of instructions to ensure the continuation of the dynasty; however, there are still remaining aspects of this dynasty through stories and even the organization of cities. Specifically, the concept of geomancy has survived through revolutions and a different dynasty; it is a major part of the traditional Korean society. Geomancy is an idea borrowed from China (fengshui); since it is a Chinese idea, it’s almost hypocritical that Wang Kon’s fourth injunction is that the people should not try to follow the Chinese model anymore.…

So, yes—I would consider our trip to Knobview-208 to be an exotic get-away from the windowless rooms of my science classrooms. Knobview is a really cool building because there is an extensive amount of students’ art work hanging all around the building for other students to admire. Knobview also has all of the theatres for plays and other productions which I am looking forward to attending.…

    Chiking Express Analysis

“Movement, change and flux are the only constants in the city.” A delightfully poignant movie revolving around urban alienation of its citizens living in Hong Kong, it is easy for its audience to get absorbed in the flurry of images created by Christopher Doyle’s shaky handheld cameras, William Chang’s fast-paced editing, and Wong Kar Wai’s signature ‘smudge-motion’ techniques in the film Chungking Express. These cinematographic images created from such, as if to vertiginously disorient its audiences, also serves to reflect the state of flux in the city of Hong Kong – of a sense of impermanence, rootlessness and of travelling as never-ending – an image of Hong Kong and its citizens that Wong would be presenting to the audiences throughout this…

Every year students enroll in River Community College, but unfortunately, many of them withdraw without completing their courses. One study of American adults finds that 31.3% of adults did not complete programs they began (Patterson & Paulson, 2011, p. 9). While many are motivated to continue their education by promises of improved employment, job stability and satisfaction, and personal motivations such as content interest and self improvement considerations, as well as familial and societal pressures, there are also many barriers to students successes (Patterson & Paulson, 2011 p. 28). In 2008, only 20% of new students enrolling are within the traditional age group of 18 to 22 years of age (C. Johnson, 2008, p. 4). This results in a larger…
