Hi Dr. Hudzik,

I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to touch base with you about a few things. I know I discussed with you at the beginning of the semester some issues i was having, however, more things have came up since then and I feel as if it would be easier for me to inform you about them via email.

I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health this semester and things tend to be getting worse rather than better. I thought attending class would help take my mind off things to begin with, but some days it’s just really hard for me to make it. This past Monday I was getting blood drawn and working on intake for Sparrows partial hospitalization program, so I was unable to attend class. As of right now, the program should not prevent
