1. Our Business logo is Hey! Yo! Cafe. Our company was built on the idea of being able to have a cup of coffee at a chill place and serves good quality coffee with a five-star customer service. It is simple and yet a catchy name that will catch the attention of our targeted customers and will stay in their hearts. We are located in Collegetown, OH downtown area. Hey! Yo! The cafe will be serving high-quality coffee, espresso, and lattes. The baked good offerings may shift with regularly depending on seasons however the pastries we will be serving include cookies, bread, and muffins. The Cafe is owned by Nimo Hassan, Mary Rose Cadelina, and Imran Hassan. Hey! Yo! The cafe is dedicated to offering its customers the best-tasting drinks in the …show more content…
The medium coffee price will be four dollars. Each week we will order 15 pounds of high-quality coffee. 4. We will market our business through online and radio ads. We hope to advertise our business and what it has to offer by advertising at least 3 times a day through the radio. Its cheaper than the alternative and it's going to help us reach our target market audience fast. In addition to that on our opening we will be distributing flyers all around campus all over the college campus and neighboring area to make sure to get the word out about our opening and attract college students who are most likely to be our customers This flyer includes our website to update our customers what new drinks and pastries we have in store. 5. After three months, we expect to have regular customers and have at least 75% satisfaction feedback from customers because of our fantastic coffee and great customer service that we provide. We also hope that we have enough demand to generate enough revenue to keep income positive. Our employees are a big part of this business because it is the effort and hard work they put into the cafe that will help our business grow and so we expect that our managers and servers are enjoying to work at Hey! Yo!
