Although there are differences from one person to the next about who they think is a hero. There is always a basic concept behind it, heroism is selflessness and braveness. Sometimes people base heroism on what is seen in comic books or their favorite action movie, but heroes can be everyday people, ordinary citizens who put their life at risk for nothing except for the sake of helping others. Heroism is not just who you are, it's the choices you make. Hero’s don't always have to be recognized. People like Martin Luther King and Frederick Douglass or Superman will always be seen as heroes, but not every hero is like them.
