Hermionne is a 42-year old Haitian female. She was born in Haiti and was raised by her mother in Florida. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida with her husband Kevin Romeo and her son Peter Djeufaite Saint Val Jr. Hermionne has been married to Kevin for four years. She denies any domestic violence in her relationship and is currently pregnant with a boy.

She currently works for Orange County Public schools as a Guidance Clerk. She recently obtained her Associate Degree in Education and is enrolled at UCF in special needs classes. Hermionne has no medical conditions, does not take medications, has no mental health history, and denies drugs and alcohol. Her support system consists of her church family. Hermoinne has some concerning priors with the department, with one verified report on 03/2017. The mother appears to have issues with her children as they get older.

She one report verified with by the department, which suggest a level of concern for child safety. According to the collaterals Hermionne view Ashante in negative ways, and does not want her at her home; which is causing or may impact or put her in danger. However, Hermoinne has taken action by going to pick up Ashante from were she is residing. Hermoinne has expressed that is willing to enroll Ashante in school, will like to do family counseling, and is willing to arrange a doctor appointment but is unable as Ashante will not return
