Hermit 1: He had genuine advice for her to make her own decision. He stated, “I cannot tell you what to do. You must weigh the alternatives and the sacrifices that are involved and come to the decision within your own heart.” I believe sometimes it is best to do this. You cannot always help someone by making the decision for them. You learn in life by your choices and their effects. He did not want to get the fault on her choices and he did not want to steer her in any other way than that of her own insight. He was right to do what he did, she just did not make the correct decision.
