I will start with 46, XX Intersex. It’s when the person is born with the chromosomes of a female. The ovaries, but the outside genital looks like a mans. This usually is caused by the mother exposing the fetus to excess male hormone before birth. The labia is fused, and the clitoris enlarges and looks like a penis.
