Hermaphrodite Research Paper

I have to say the hardest struggle for a hermaphrodite would be the confusion of not knowing what they are, male or female. I also think as they would get older it would be really hard to have to explain to people what they are going through, especially when it comes to being in a intimate relationship. Sadly not everyone is understanding, which results with a lot of judgment making that person feel even more insecure about themselves. I think going through high school as a hermaphrodite is also a struggle due to bullying. Going through high school is pretty tough, if I was an hermaphrodite I probably try to hide it not in the sense of being ashamed, but more of protecting myself from bully's, I can just imagine those dealing with this and what they have to go through. …show more content…
Another would have to be making the decision on whether they want their child to go through all the surgeries and what not. They would have to deal with how and when would be the right time to tell their child on why they have to go through this. I also feel the parents will have to deal with bullying as well from those "perfect parents who judge everyone". On a positive note I feel as if I had a child, sibling or friend who was a hermaphrodite I would show them how understanding I would be and give them love, which so much hate in this world, why add to
