Herman Webster Mudgett, better known as H.H.Holmes, was known as one of the first serial killers in the states or some could even say he was one of the first killers that genuinely defined the word. Holmes was at large around the same time as Jack The Ripper. He committed his crimes on all people regardless of age, gender, relationship status or status in life. No one was safe from the acts he committed in the mid 1800’s.
