Shocking News about The Apples of Hesperides The thing that stood out mainly to me in this article was when Hercules was not known for all of his work he has done. This is awfully shocking because Eurystheus didn’t really credit him for all of his work he did from when he was with Hydra. How could Hera give the apples to Zeus after all Hercules had to do to become a hero? But not only that, he didn’t know where his garden was due to his first situation. So in order to figure out where the garden was located, he traveled to Libya, Egypt, Arabia and Asia. Although, he was interrupted by Kyknos. Ares wanted to get into a war with Hercules. Why do things like this continue to keep happening? Once again, Hercules was stopped by another goddess whose name was Antaeus, the son of the sea-god, Poseidon. However, he even wanted to get into some beef with Hercules for some cause. THIS IS GOING TO BE A SERIOUS WAR!!! Hercules wrestles him because he knew that Antaeus became the strongest man when he laid hands on the Earth. Wow, I wonder who is going to happen to Hercules now? All of a sudden he ran into another poseidon son named Busiris, that was captured to be a human. But after killing him, Hercules escaped once again. While hitting on Mount Caucasus, he ran into a trickster named Prometheus that was making fun of the gods. He even took their secrets from them about the fire but was taken to jail by Zeus. This is impossible to take something that is not yours. It is almost like plagiarism. Prometheus was bounded to the the mountain and liver was eaten by an eagle. After the eagle leaves, then his liver has grown back. Can you believe that this kept going on until Hercules had to kill the eagle for himself? There was another solution for Prometheus had to do in order for Hercules to search for those
