Herbert Hoover was born on August 10th 1874, in West Bridge Lowa and was the 31st president of the United States. He was a professional mining engineer, Hoover served as the Head of the United States administration during World War I. He was the U.S secretary of commerce in 1920’s under the presidents Warren G.Harding and Kelvin Coolidge. He advanced associations in the middle of the government and the business under the Rubric financial modernization. In the presidential decisions of 1928 Hoover effortlessly won the Republican nomination, despite he didn’t have any elected office experience. He was the most decent cabinet secretary to the elected presidents of the United States of America. Herbert Hoover died in October 20th 1964, New York.
