Herbert F. Boeckmann II is a owner and president of Galpin Motors and in his life story Boeckmann states that if you do not try your best, all you are doing is compromising the values, efforts and your time. I applied the virtues that Boeckmann exemplified in my life by always pushing myself to do my best with whatever I may be doing. For example, this school year I pushed myself into taking five AP classes along with being apart of a couple school clubs and volunteering outside of school. Another example is that throughout my life when I have been going through hardships, instead of letting school go, I would push myself harder to prove myself that I could do it and maintain my grades without letting them slip.
