PER REPORTER: Her father John lives alone. The reporter said he has either Alzheimer or Dementia, but has not been diagnosed with either. Per reporter John is still driving and he gets lost when he drives. The reporter said that he had medicine that needed to be picked up since 7-3-15 and he did go to get until 7-7-15. The CNA that comes to his home called her and told her that he was out of his medicine. Per reporter John’s CNA was suppose to come back on 7-7-15 to give him his medicine after she was done with her other patients. The reporter said she did not give him his medicine because she didn’t know what medicine he was supposed to have. he did not come back until 7-8-15 to give John his medicine.
