I am familiar with Merck’s current product portfolio and upcoming pipeline from the background research that I have conducted prior to applying for this position. I am specifically interested with Merck’s entry into the Hepatitis C market. Zepatier will bring competition within the market due to the fact Merck has a larger market capitalization when compared to Gilead Sciences and Abbvie who are the two current market leaders in this category.
