Henry Rawlinson, 1st Baronet, the one who cracked cuneiform. He was indeed great man, served the army for quite a while, his political career was exciting, and his late life was interesting too. Born 5 April 1810 at Chadlington, Oxfordshire, England, Henry Rawlinson was the second son of Abram Tyack Rawlinson. He married Louisa Carolina Harcourt Seymour with whom he had two sons, Henry and Alfred. Widowed on 31 October 1889 and died in London six years later on 5 March 1895 at age 84.
