Two men named George De Gand and Henry of Lothian were sent to a Scottish military camp in the Southern Scottish forest in the year 1037 to train the Scottish army to gain victory over the English in the year 1039. George was a tall man with dark brown long hair and a short beard. got there first and gave a speech. George says “Men! We are to defend the land against the English armies and reports have stated that they will attack in 2 years in 1039. We will train and prepare for the battles of this coming war.” The men cheer and George walks off the platform. Henry arrived about 20 minutes after George’s speech. He goes over to george’s tent, opens the flap and walks in.Henry was a tall man as well with short black hair and a clean shaven face. George and Henry got ready and they also got their men ready for the coming fight. They started their march on their way to the last place that they were sighted. If they couldn’t find them there then they might have already gotten too far into the kingdom to be stopped.

Finally after a full day of marching they see the village in the distance, or what was left of it. George told his men to stay behind while he goes to investigate what happened. Once he got there he was petrified, he saw the dead everywhere, burned, impaled corpses and burned buildings. He walked into one of the buildings and found a Doll, which reminded him of his daughters. That made him think, “what if this happened to my village, what if this happened to any other village?” And then he goes back to his men to give a speech before the coming battle.
“Men! The English have killed and looted everything in the village. We must not let it happen again, and we must tell everyone of the English cruelty!” The men agree and they start their march back up to find the
