It engages in five diversified businesses such as Healthcare, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Transportation, Leisure, Power and New Ventures. The Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector includes a range of products for babies care, hair and skin care, female fragrances, toiletries and oral care. These laws carry out the professional conduct of an employee in any career, especially those who are answerable for collaborating with the nation. As reported by to the Houston Chronicle, workers at all levels of a company are expected to confirm various types of ethical practices. Practices associating justice provide that both potential customers and employees are treated respectfully and fairly. Practices centering on integrity uphold the integrity and ensuring that the company's values and values of a workplace, are represented accurately to anyone who comes in associate with its workers. In professions where workers come into associate with sensitive customer confidentiality and information is an important ethical practice to justify. The medical field is perhaps the well-recognized example of a profession with a strong attention on confidentiality. Breaches of patient confidentiality and privacy can even be dismissed by the law. A final type of ethical practice occurs when employees exercise discipline and self-control in the face of deadline pressure and clash within the workplace. Ethical features have already been noted as significant influences in business meetings. This started in the 1960s, when problems of creation protection and marketing preparation were noted by the supposed “advanced school of thought” in marketing (Shethet al., 1988).
