The author’s point is convincing, I do agree because something has to be done about the homeless. The reasons I agree with the author are we need homes, more money, and a lot more help. I believe we need more affordable housing because the numbers of the homeless are rising. Plus, people don’t find housing shortages as a issue. We also need more finances so we can have a source of funding just like the L.A. mayor proposed. More money means developing low-income housing. Suppose some third-party like a agency would go in too get involved in helping. I believe bringing in more help will give people a chance or opportunity of getting of the streets. Helping the homeless has to be done. We need more affordable housing, more money for them, and
