Our law mainly help the homeless in the United States. Every year, the government uses a lot of money in the programs to help the homeless, for example, to provide food to them. These programs can not reduce the amount of homeless and let them join in the development of the United States. In our law, we decide to use a part of the taxes which were used in the homeless programs in the past to provide the loan to the homeless. After a certain time, the homeless will return a part of the loan to the government so that the government can continue on the program. In some special cases, government can force the homeless to pay the money back when they don’t pay on time. The government is according different conditions of the homeless to provide
