ozens of brittle dogs were found in locked cages at Jamie Bowman’s Helpful Hands Animal Shelter located in Thornhill, Ontario. She was arrested on December 4, 2014 when authorities were given an anonymous tip. When police arrived at the location of the pet rescue they found dozens of dead dogs locked in filthy cages in a dark basement. Based on the autopsy reports done on the dogs they were given close to nothing to eat and abused for over a year.
