Helper Should Be Banned

Decent Essays
=[Hacking]=
This is constantly seen in most servers, players hack to cheat and get free things of others by killing them in PvP unfairly. This results to an instant ban!

As a Helper i would record the hacker and send it to a higher staff that can check and ban the player. I can not /kick the player at all even if they are hacking!

=[Advertising]=
This is when players come from other servers usually and advertise that server to lose player from Op Craft and make them join their server. This is unfair and this can lose a lot of members from Op Craft. This results to an instant ban!

As a Helper i would take a screenshot and mute the player, then i would send the screenshot to a higher staff to check and ban the player correct-fully.

=[Leaking Staff Information]=

This results to a instant permanent ban!

As a Helper i would take a screenshot and mute the player before they leak out more information, then i would send it to a higher staff to ban the player or demote the player.

=[Staff Disrespect]=
This is when players disrespect a staff just because of something they might have done. This should not be allowed and if they staff is offended they may tempmute the player from 5 - 15 mins!

As a Helper i would tempmute the player if the staff disrespect is harmful and hurting. If the player continues to staff disrespect this may reach higher consequences from a higher staff.

This is uncivil behavior that needs to be changed in order to maintain a healthy work environment. This is described in Stopping the Culture of Workplace Incivility in Nursing when the author states, “Nurses will have to work together to ensure that communication between veteran nurses, new graduates or novice nurses, and other members of the healthcare team is collegial, respectful, and helpful” (Khadjehturian, 2012, p. 639). This illustrates how without the respect and civil behavior occurring throughout all members of the healthcare team, that proper patient care is unable to be performed. Although the actions of one individual seem to be…

Should parents be held accountable for the actions of their children? Hearing about what is happening in schools all across the country, being a parent they should talk to their children more about the outcome of something bad happening, maybe not as many young teenagers would go partying, do drugs or bully someone to the point of death.
