Why do you want this rank? I've been playing for a couple of years, so have a good understanding of the game. Therefore I think I could help others with their problems, and ensure that any problems occur are handled fairly in line with how I've been treated as a member.

Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people If I found someone who is spamming chat, then after warning them and tempmuting then I may consider a temp-ban if their behavior continues.
In the case of staff disrespect or impersonation; then I would consider a temp-ban if other actions where not working but only in extreme cases would I believe this to be a fair answer.
If I felt someone was hacking then I'd implement a temp-ban and then discuss this with other staff so we could vote if there was evidence to support a perm-ban or other punishment.
If someone is advertising, and it is clearly advertising, then I would recommend a perm-ban.
If someone behaves in what I consider to be a racist way, or when others complain that someone is being racist, then I would consider muting the person for a short period of time (15 minutes for the first offence and 30 thereafter).
If I felt that an event was an act of server drama then I would discuss this with other staff members. If we agreed, or it was excessive, then I would consider a temp-ban or a perm-ban depending upon the evidence that was provided along with other staff
