Are you thinking about what you should do, about your school works, what you will wear, what you’re going to eat, or perhaps you’re thinking about what you’ll post on your facebook . But, have you ever wondered how much a cloud weighs? Clouds float so freely, that‘s why I assumed they’re weightless, but it turns out they’re not.
Helmenstine (2016) said that the average cumulus clouds weigh 1.1 million pounds. This means they weigh similar to a group of elephants. So, how does that much load still float? Likewise, she extends her praise to how God cured those who are in need, how loyal He is to those who are faithful to Him also, about the promise He made. “ His mercy is for those who fear him from generation to generation. O come let us adore Him- God for giving us His son, Jesus Christ to whom we are saved. May we wake up knowing He’s still there, seeing the clouds float on the air, feeling His care. May we be instruments that send the gifts of God to those who seek our help. Though we may have many hitches that create a heavier life, we will make it by uniting our fortitude for each other, because He will carry us. Let us help one another to feel the real essence of Christmas. Like Mary who conceived Jesus, may we be grateful for the things that God has blessed us with . May we use Mary’s hymn to sing the glory of God. Just like the clouds, let us help each other float against the weight of our fears and we will look up to give Him praise.
Prayer:
O blessed Mother, help us keep praising God through all our good and bad days. May we leave everything at His hands and embrace this day confidently knowing that, He will lift us, help us and take good care of us. Grant that we may trade our piles of worries into worship and wait for him to wash our anxiety. Help us be good news to each other. May we pour out our praises to Him whose breath is our source of strength.
