The most despicable person who ever lived is often thought to be Adolf Hitler, but he did not establish the concentration camps or the plan to eradicate the people he deemed impure. The real monster was Heinrich Himmler. His life before World War II helped shape his political views. With his political views, he quickly moved up the ranks, and accomplished many things for Nazi Germany.
