According to Norse Mythology, Heimdall was the watchman of the gods. Also known as the shining god, or the white skinned of all gods. Heimdall lived at the entry of Asgard, where he protected the “Rainbow Bridge. It is also known as “Bifrost”.

In his hand, he is carrying a device that looks like ringing horn. That “Ringing Horn” is actually called a “Gjallahorn” The gjallahorn was used to to inform his people, that the giants are near Asgard and they are in danger.

The family starts with Audhumla, who has a child named Buri. After, Buri had a child named Bestla. Bestla had 4 children named, Vili,Ve Jord, Odin and Frigga. Odin being the strongest. Odin had 7 children named Thor, Balder, Hod, Hermod,Bragi,Tyr and Heimdall.

When the giants came near to Asgard, Heimdall would summon by blowing his gjallahorn which would be heard by all the people. During the battle, Heimdall would kill the god Loki and finally, meet his own death.

Heimdall was known as the “father” of all people on Earth. Supposably, he travelled around the earth and stayed there for 3 nights with couples from around world. He has visited serfs, peasants and a noble couple. After 9 months from each visit, 3 children were born. The first being an ugly, but strong boy named Thrall who was the ancestor of all serfs. The second was Karl, who was skilled at farm work, and was the ancestor of all peasants. Finally, Jarl was an intelligent boy and quickly picked up the skills of hunting. He had become the ancestor of all nobles and warriors.
