Heat Batting Gloves: A Case Study

My product is Heat Batting Gloves while playing baseball. The target audience is going

to be baseball players and hopefully in the near future, other sports athletes to go along with it.

The main plan for my business is to try to make a licensing deal with one of the major

companies like Under Armor or Nike or Easton. The idea is basically to sell to highest

bidder or the highest offer, another plan could be to go after all of them if I could.

I want to somehow be able to mix in a royalty deal at some point. Im going to license the patent

To the major companies at first because I don’t want to make a royalty deal when I could have

Gotten a lot more of a royalty say the product does really well. So at first I’m only going to

License

The short licensing deals are going to be for if the product

Turns out to be huge and then I can go back to these companies requesting a lot more money

This time if they want to continue to sell the product and continue to have what there

Competitors do. The ending goal is for me to be able to completely sell the patent to one of

These companies probably the highest bidder with the best royalty so I can be done with it

And always be able to collect from the product and not have to lift a finger. My target audience

For the product itself will obviously be baseball players but, not all baseball players. They will

Most likely have to be somewhere the sport is being played and it gets cold so that the heated

Batting gloves will be able to serve its purpose to keep them warm. There isn’t any other

Product that does the same thing and makes it so baseball players no longer have to hit with

Cold hands. My market for sure is going to be the consumer market without a question. This is

Going to be athletes buying the product for there own use. There could even be bigger deals on

The table say different types of sports teams who would want package deals and there is

Imagine playing football without shoulder pads, playing baseball without a glove, or playing hockey without a stick. Not only would that add extreme difficulty to the sport, but you would most likely have a lot more bruises and broken bones without these items. Thankfully, Rawlings invented all of these products on their way to becoming one of the premier brands in the sporting goods industry In 1887, George H. Rawlings and his brother Alfred started a retail sporting goods store in St. Louis, Missouri that sold everything from wagon covers to hunting rifles. Discrimination In Baseball Ever since baseball began, it has always been considered a white man’s game. The big names of baseball today are most likely white and many blacks are losing interest in America's Pastime. If the MLB is ever going to rise up with the NBA and the NFL, the unintentional segregation needs stop. Black players today are still going through struggles even after 70 years since Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier.…

Confidence in a Game of Failure Baseball is just like life in so many ways, the certain failure that must be faced with composure and grace in order to be successful in the future; the lessons learned throughout years of commitment and hard work. Baseball is more lifelike than any other sport because of these things, but also because of repetition. Day after day, night after night, slaving after your craft to be deemed great, and only succeed three out of ten times. This is why people are so drawn to it, it’s relatable to all. If this is the case, why are baseball players scrutinized every day for being baseball players?…

Baseball is one of America’s greatest traditions, so much so that it is fondly referred to as “America’s pastime.” For centuries, fans of all ages and races have come together to enjoy a leisurely afternoon at the ballpark with friends, family, or by themselves. However, there have been a number of growing concerns about fan safety measures at games because of the number of fan injuries in the past year.
