Because heart saver is the private limited organization so their employees are focus on the sale then only the employees get the pay’s. The comparison is the heart foundation is the corporate organization so they provide the salaries but the heart saver is the private limited they also gave the salaries but it is depends on the sales.
KIWISAVER: in kiwi saver, all the kiwi people send the savings money to charities by voluntarily. Kiwi people working in one organization.
