It may be hard trying to find a meal that provides a lot of sugar, but it is quite easy to stumble upon sweet snacks to sink teeth into. Another bad habit I have is I love Dr Pepper, although it is extremely unhealthy I have been drinking it for my whole life. I realize I should be drinking other healthy alternatives like milk or water. All in all, I don’t think I consume a large amount of fat in my diet depending on the meal. I eat a fair amount of prepared foods I usually eat hot pockets, pizza rolls, or frozen pizzas. I usually eat these types of prepared foods after school, or when no one is cooking a meal because they are easy to cook and they are good. Again they are also designed for a very long shelf life so hydrogenation is used to guarantee a fresh product. In return these foods do contain a lot of bad saturated fats. I have a somewhat say in my food selections, when I am at Stop and Shop I usually pick out what I like, not particularly because it’s healthy but because it tastes good, and you know thats usually junk food.
