If our school cafeteria had a new, healthier school lunch, it would be a bad idea, because the cafeteria already offers several healthy options. The Students choose to eat unhealthy which is okay at home, but at school. The cafeteria has salads and variety of fruits and vegetables, people can pick from those options or they can have any cooked meal that is already prepared. As the students start to grow and eat healthy, they wouldn’t want to get out of shape and make eating unhealthy a habit. A healthy meal is a good thing at school and we should care about our health. When the school cafeteria provides salads, they give you energy, proteins and other important ingredients your body will need to grow. They have different types of salads like …show more content…
They also set an opportunity to teach lifelong healthy eating habits as they get older. Healthy lunches help kids develop a taste for fresh, nutritious food. They make a habit of not eating a high in fat, salt and sugar all the time. In 2002 researchers found that children who eat good breakfast everyday learn better, behave better, and perform better in class. People need to eat healthy at school, when they play sports. It’s a good idea for them to eat what’s provided at school, so they can be strong. There’s not need to have unhealthy food, because everyone will become sick and wouldn’t want to play sports anymore. Eating fruits and vegetables make you want to stay active in sports and in class. Healthy lunches keep you from getting any diseases or have health problems. Everyone needs to eat school lunches to keep them from becoming sick and unhealthy. Keeping school lunches healthy is a great way to keep kids active and focus on their lifestyles. I think school lunches helps you from making bad habits in your eating style , so make sure to eat enough fruits and vegetables. People who stay healthy will make your life better.
