Are you are leading a healthy lifestyle? Do you think you’re unhealthy because you are overweight? Do you think you are healthy just because you are thin? You cannot always make excuses to yourself and overlook your fitness. You’re never too poor to adopt a healthy lifestyle or too busy to make time for workout. You don’t have to go to the gym or hire a trainer to be healthy. All you really need is motivation. A motivation to love yourself enough and live better. Here are ten things to do that will help you lead a healthier lifestyle.
1. Drink enough Water- The first question to ask yourself is, how much water do you drink in a day? Adults should drink about 2-3 liters water a day. If you drink enough water, you’ll have a better looking skin,

Maintain your hygiene- Keep yourself clean. Wash your hands, take shower regularly, brush and floss your teeth and comb your hair. Nobody likes people who smell. If you don’t maintain your hygiene germs will spread like a forest fire on your body causing health issues. Also do not forget to make regular visits to your doctor and dentist for a health check.
7. Exercise- Human body hasn’t changed a bit from the Stone Age period but our lifestyle has transformed a lot. In the Stone Age, people did hunting for survival. Hunting includes a lot of physical effort that helps in keeping a human body fit. In today’s time we cannot hunt but we can exercise regularly to improve our immune system. Exercising will help you get a sound sleep at night as you get physically drained after the workout and it will also prevent you from eating snacks late night.
8. Get enough sleep- Getting enough sleep is very important in leading a healthier life. Adults need seven to nine hours of sleep, while school going children need ten. Sleeping has a lot of health benefits. Enough sleep will delay the process of aging and help in boosting your mood and your health. If you rest well, you will not only cope with stress better, but also have a good control over your appetite. Not only that, sleeping also reduces your chances of getting ill and help you remember things
