Healthy body is a wonderful gift and can help you become a happy and healthier. To get a healthy body and balance the need to have determination and perseverance. Once you do, there will be positive effects of exercising and following a healthy diet are weight control, prevent disease and increase energy. One important effect of exercising and following a healthy diet is weight control. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It does not only help provide energy for the body to function during the day, but it 's also helping me to control the amount of food that will be collected more efficiently. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, I divided the food into several meals which will help control weight and metabolism will slow down and be maintained, help the body to burn more calories. So it will be more stable weight. In particular, I try not to eat dinner after 6o 'clock because eating late at night, the body 's activities will decrease, and the accumulation of fat in the body easily causes weight gain. According to my knowledge, some of the food is beneficial for weight loss, such as fiber, vitamins, protein, good fats, etc. in vegetables, fruits, chicken, eggs, nuts , olive oil, etc. help to improve the health …show more content…
Exercising regularly not only is healthy but also improves the mood of a person, increasing energy and improves sleep. Exercising or walking for 30 minutes can help give a sense of relaxation after a stressful day of work; further as regular physical activity helps to improve muscle strength and increase endurance for themselves. In addition, exercise also helps the body transport oxygen and nutrients to the cardiovascular , respiratory systems and different kinds of tissue, help them perform better. When the heart and lungs work productively , you will have more energy to complete daily tasks, and it also helps you to sleep
