Give up smoking

Smoking is definitely one of the worst habits you can pick up, particularly if you are trying to stay young. Smoking cigarettes has been revealed to accelerate the aging process. It has been shown to speed up the process of the aging in people as young as 20. Cigarettes include more than 5000 ingredients that when smoked, become nasty compound chemicals that can affect your skin's composition as well as your fingers, teeth, mouth, lung, eyes, tongue, and immune system. Smoking also affects the skin in our faces by lowering the amount of blood the skin gets that may ultimately result in skin wrinkling and spotting.

Quitting smoking may be one of the toughest things to do. There are many alternatives for people out there who are attempting to quit smoking. But if staying young is one of your goals then giving up smoking will provide you almost instant benefits. And I guarantee you will start feeling better
