In considering my capability score, I assessed my capability of performing the responsibilities of my position. I feel that the capability I possess to achieve the goals of my position and the development and training I have received over the past ten years in a healthcare purchasing position contribute to my abilities in my current role (Nassar, n.d.). No matter where an individual works or how long they work there, it is possible for them to learn something new every day. There are almost always improvements that can be made to once job performance.
