INTRODUCTION
If I decided to be a healthcare documentation specialist, I would assist doctors and therapists in recording patient medical records. The reason I chose this career is because I am interested in health and would love a career in healthcare. I want to become a physical therapist and am leaning more toward that career than this one. But if I decide not to choose that career either, I would want to become an english teacher. I love english and reading, and would enjoy teaching it to others. These two career options are very different and I am not yet sure which I will choose, but I am glad I got the opportunity to research this career and not have regret about what I will do for the rest of my
